Four Things Meme (still don't know what Meme stands for)

Carolanne nominated me to do this Four Things Meme so here it is:

Four Jobs I’ve Held (hard to choose only 4):
1. Milk order packer (in a coldroom)
2. Primary teacher at a state school in Cloncurry, north west Queensland.
3. Owned and ran our own retail and wholesale fruit shop with my husband David.
4. Mushroom picker and packer.

Four Films I Could Watch Over and Over: (and have)
1. Pretty Woman
2. Dirty Dancing
3. Back to the Future I, II and III
4. Grease

TV Shows I Watch:
1. City Homicide
2. House
3. CSI/NCIS/Numbers
4. According to Jim

Four Places I’ve Lived:
1. Gympie (south east Queensland)
2. Cloncurry (north west Queensland)
3. Toowoomba (south east Queensland)
4. Phillip Island (southern Victoria)

Four Favorite Foods:
1. Chocolate
2. Most desserts
3. Home made lasagna
4. Mangoes

Four Websites I Visit Daily (I'm not really a daily sort of person more like a couple of times a week):
1. My blog
2. Carolannes Blog
3. Outlook Express for emails
4. Nine msn (because it is currently my homepage and opens automatically)

Four Favorite Colors:
1. Blue
2. Purple
3. Most pastel colours
4. Pink is growing on me

Four Places I Would Love to be Right Now:
1. On a holiday
2. Having morning tea somewhere chatting with a friend
3. Travelling Australia
4. Visiting friends in Gympie

Four Names You Love, But Could/Would Not Use for Your Children:
1. Aidan
2. There are lots of girls names I love but I had sons so I couldn't use them (Patrick was going to be Jessica Lauren and Nicholas was Emma Louise)
3. Benjamin (Patrick does have Benjamin as a middle name instead of a first name as a friend named Ben committed suicide while I was pregnant with him)
4. I like older names like Victoria and Elizabeth

Hope I did this right. Don't know anyone to nominate to do this as well.

Nicki... of course I don't mind you reading my blog!! You are more than welcome to come over anytime and the tea will always be on for you... just help yourself.

I enjoyed reading your 'meme' and learning something about you!
I also enjoyed reading about your recent trip -- I've never visited any of those countries..but I think if I did..the people would stand out to me the most too.

I didn't know what a meme was either until I got hit with the first one...but here is a website you find find enlightening...

Pink is "growing" on you??? OK!

I never really got into those Back to the Future movies but Nathan and Russell have watched them lately when they've been on TV.

I have been to all the places you've lived in except for Cloncurry.

I love 3/4 of your favourite foods and although mangoes aren't my favourite, I do like them too.

Anytime you want to have morning tea and a chat with a friend, you know where to find me. It might have to be outside in the playground but at least it's still chat and a bite to eat. :)
